Go4Life is an exercise and physical activity campaign from the National Institute on Aging at NIH, is designed to help you fit exercise and physical activity into your daily life. Motivating older adults to become physically active for the first time, return to exercise after a break in their routines, or build more exercise and physical activity into weekly routines are the essential elements of Go4Life. Many exercises can be done sitting, so they're good for anyone of any age, at work or at home.

The Alloro Collection offers elegant clothes and accessories in rich colors and beautiful fabrics specifically designed for women who have experienced breast cancer. The designs address the changes in contour, comfort and appearance of a woman's body - without sacrificing style.
This unique collection incorporates 20 design elements to address the concerns of women who have had breast cancer treatments, including front pain and side sensitivity as well reduced arm range of motion. The clothing also takes into account more subtle issues, such as neckline and bodice design challenges, for women who choose not to have reconstructive surgery.
