There are many kinds of trees that can be found in this green earth. In general, they all have different uses and some are quite valuable while others are simply used for their color or shape. Maples, oaks and beech trees are the most common trees. As a matter of fact, these types of trees make up the majority of the plants found on this planet. As far as what they used to do, there are too many to name here but some of them include:
Shade loving shrubs-These plants are shade-loving and produce flowers and foliage in the summer. The leaves then drop off in autumn giving shade to the surrounding area. Shade loving trees can be found in every size and type including small, bushy shrubs, deciduous trees and evergreen trees. Some species can live for hundreds of years if properly cared for. The Earth is home to over 60,000 tree varieties that play an important role in the ecology of the planet and are enjoyed daily by millions around the globe.
Shade-tolerant trees – These trees are great for areas with shade. The leaves turn brown when exposed to sunlight, but they remain green. They are very popular around hot tubs and pools. These are different types of trees because some varieties only tolerate a certain amount of sunlight while other varieties can tolerate a much larger amount of sunlight. Some trees, like the oak or hickory may tolerate direct sunlight up to a point but will turn brown quickly if they are exposed to more sunlight.
Eucalyptus – This is one of the different types of trees because it grows in large clusters. It has soft branches, needle-like foliage and flowers that grow in large groups. These trees have been around since prehistoric times and have a long life span.
Fruit trees These trees produce nuts, apples, cherries, mulberries and other fruits. They can be harvested once per year or in other seasons, depending on the tree’s species. These fruits can either be eaten fresh or preserved depending on their flavor. These fruits can also be used in jams and jellies as well as sauces and other condiments. Pineapples are one the most well-known fruits that are grown for this purpose. The trees are cut down when they stop bearing fruit or turning to other colors.
Wildlife trees These are different types of trees that attract some of the wildlife in different parts of the world. These trees can be used for bird bath structures, bird feeders and lookout lines. Different types of trees add beauty and serenity to any landscape. Therefore, different types of trees should be planted in different areas. They should be protected from harsh weather conditions and brought inside when needed. They can also be given proper care if they are taken care of.
